Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Access client-onboarding product (the "Service") operated by Crowd Control ("we", "us", "the team"). By using an onboarding link or granting access through the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service lets clients securely grant Crowd Control access to their advertising and social accounts (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and X) so the team can provide marketing and advertising services under a separate agreement. The Service itself is an onboarding and access-management tool; the scope, fees, and deliverables of any marketing engagement are defined in that separate agreement.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to grant access to the accounts and assets you connect, and that doing so does not violate any agreement or platform term.
- You provide accurate contact and onboarding information.
- You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with its operation.
Account access
Access is granted through each platform's official authorization or partner flow. You choose which accounts and assets to share and can revoke access at any time through the platform's settings. Crowd Control uses granted access solely to provide the services you engaged us for and does not request or store your platform passwords.
Third-party platforms
Your use of Meta, TikTok, Google, X, and other platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of those platforms, including any decision by a platform to suspend, limit, or revoke access.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its content (excluding your data and the third-party platforms) are owned by Crowd Control and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service except as needed to use it as intended.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowd Control will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
