Crowd Control Digital
Crowd Control Access
Crowd Control Access is the tool Crowd Control Digital uses to onboard advertising clients. It asks a client to grant our agency access to their own advertising accounts — on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok — and then confirms with each platform that the access was actually granted.
It exists to replace an email thread. Before it, the record of what a client had shared was somebody's memory; now it is checked against the platforms themselves.
Who Uses It
- Clients of the Agency
- Open a private link, grant access, and are done. No account to create and no password to share.
- Crowd Control Staff
- Create links and see which accounts are confirmed. This part requires signing in.
How It Works
01
We Request Specific Accounts
A link is created for one client, listing only the advertising accounts we need to run their campaigns — and stating whether we're asking for advertising access or full management.
02
The Client Grants Access on the Platform
They follow the steps on their own link, granting access inside Meta, Google or TikTok's own settings. Crowd Control Access never asks for a password and has no way to accept one.
03
We Confirm It Actually Worked
The tool checks each platform's API to confirm the access genuinely exists, rather than relying on anyone's recollection. Clients can revoke it at any time from their own account settings.
What We Access
Only the advertising accounts a client explicitly grants, and only to confirm that the grant exists. Crowd Control Access reads whether an account is linked to us — it does not read campaign performance, spend, keywords or creative, and it cannot change anything in a client's account.
What We Store
The client's name and contact email, which accounts were requested, and whether each one is confirmed. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
